  8. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the ordering process and before the final order confirmation.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment for the goods can be made using one of the methods provided during the ordering process.

  2. If electronic payment is chosen, it must be made immediately. The order will only be processed once the payment is received, and failure to pay promptly waives the customer’s right to dispute delivery times.

Order Processing and Delivery Conditions

Return and Replacement Policy

Statutory Rights: 14 Days

  1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition. If the product is in acceptable condition, the refund will be issued within 2 business days to the customer’s bank account.

  3. Upon return of non-defective goods, customers may either receive a full refund or request a replacement. If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference.

  4. Goods will not be accepted for return if the product description on the website clearly indicates the compatible car models.

  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  6. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  7. Customers are required to read the website rules prior to purchase.
