All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Area

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within [1–2 working days]. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email within 2 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
