Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. For customers outside the United Kingdom, shipping times may vary and take longer than anticipated.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns regarding your specific item, please contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
